ebsand apex not login in IE10

Hi All,

I am connecting r12 and apex both are not worked. if change the below settings .

When disabling the compatibility mode in IE then it is possible to open the R12 but not possible to login into the Apex.

If enabling the compatibility mode in IE then it is possible to login into the Apex but not possible to see the responsibility in R12. 

please help me give a solution .
