How to apply the pactset10 siebel 8.1.1.14.0- windows 2008 64bit

Hi,

I need to apply the patchset10 from patchset3  version siebel 8.1.1.14.0 in windows 2008 platform. Need a document or screenshot about the patch set installatation, Cab you please provide the same.
