Work order parts list too slow to open using P31113 called by P13700

When open a work order part list  we use P13700 application to view open work orders associated with parts lists to order, select the order button row -> Process Output call application P31113 that allows discounting or associated spare parts in stock.

This screen sometimes causes delays of more than 3 minutes to open sporadically and allow consumption.

It was minimized to the maximum amount of open orders and improved access time when this failure occurs, but it still occurs.

Any suggestions on how to remove this event will be very grateful. We had JDE E1 Enterprise 9.0 on AIX server with Oracle database.
