Smart View 11.1.2.5.400 and 11.1.2.5.510 issue with Ebusiness Suite R12.1 Version 12.1.3

All, Please let me know if anyone else is seeing the issues below.


RE: Smart View 11.1.2.5.400 and 11.1.2.5.510 issue with Ebusiness Suite R12.1 Version 12.1.3

After we installed Smart View 11.1.2.5.400 or 11.1.2.5.510 end users are having issues pulling reports to Excel from Ebusiness Suite R12.1 Version 12.1.3.

Once we uninstall and install 11.1.2.5.210 users are able to access reports from EBS.

This is a critical issue for us as we need to upgrade to IE 11 and Smart view 11.1.2.5.400 is required to resolve the issue when accessing hyperion reports with IE 11.

We are not seeing any issues in Smart View, only EBS.
