R12 eAM WIP Accounting Class

I am new at eAM hence I was wondering if I do not apply the eAM charges twices because I have already charges for the machine /depreciation and labor /payroll.

Resource Person / Payroll.

As far as I know there is no concept of variance in case of EAM. In the WO cost summary window what you find under variance just shows the difference of the actual

cost and estimated cost of the work order. It has nothing to do with the variance account. As per standard oracle practice both valuation as well as variance account

has to be same in the WIP accounting class. When the work order is charged with resource or material the valuation accounts are charged. When the WO is closed then these valuation accounts
