Oracle version 11.2.0.3 stand alone database

OS version AIX 7.1

The following error messages are coming on our database alert log.  No messages are coming on ASM alert log.

Alert log

WARNING: ASM communication error: op 0 state 0x0 (15055)

ERROR: direct connection failure with ASM

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/fds/fds/trace/fds_ora_47843190.trc:

ORA-15055: unable to connect to ASM instance

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

ORA-15055: unable to connect to ASM instance

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

other errors/messages that come with this

ORA-00308: cannot open archived log

NOTE: deferred map free for map id

ORA-01565: error in identifying file 'datafile name'
