How to identify the user who last updated a field in an applet?

Hi Oracle Community,

we have another requirement. Our client would like to have the user name or login who updated a certain field.

For example, we have the field Action which is a picklist with two values: "Already registered Call" and "Already registered Mail", they want to identify the user who last updated the field Action with the value "Already registered Call". Is the implementation of such requirement feasable?.

I would appreciate a feedback.
