Primavera Prime 15.2 LDAP Server Mapping Error INST-5199 Unable to validate the field

I want to install Prime 15.2

Installed the OID and created Groups and Users

The Problem is I really don't know what to fill in the fields on the LDAP Server Mapping Page of the Prime 15.2 Installer.

Please see the attached Screeshots

I need to install it quickly for a customer Presentation, it would be great to get it fixed and thanks in advance
