How to dynamically set list of values in a collection elements value list using sql

Hi,

I would like to create an element in a collection Plan that is having as a List of values all the values previously added on another element in another plan.

Where I can enter the sql script to retrieve the list of value? Values button is available only to enter manually the list of possible values while I would be able to automatically retrieve the list from another element.
