Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have exact requirement of Question number 8 -

Can only firmed or released order be used, bypassing planned orders?

I am not able to get solution suggested.

Can Oracle please elaborate this.
