On history tab of a change order, export user displayed as agileuser(agileuser)

On the history tab of change orders, when a file is exported to a PDX or Excel, the user is shown as agileuser(agileuser). Other times, the actual user name is displayed when the export function is called.  Are there changes we can make so that the actual user name of the individual exporting the file is displayed?  We are currently on Agile 9.3.4
