PO_DISPATCH (POXMLP Job) - Error (235,2309) for specific user/oper id.

 

PO_DISPATCH (PO XMLP Dispatch) abended at Step PO_DISPATCH.PRINT.Step01 (PeopleCode) -- RC = 24 – Error (235,2309) PO_DISPATCH_RPTDEFNMANAGER.ReportDefn.OnExecute Name:ProcessReport  PCPC:59976  Statement:1291 Called from:PO_DISPATCH.

Bread crumb: PSFT -> Purchasing ->Purchase Orders ->Dispatch POs

Notice:

1) This error happens only for specific User/Oper ID.   For other User/Oper Ids, the PO_DISPATCH finished with success.

2) we already copied all roles and permissions lists from a user that works fine to this user that doesn't work, and we get the same error situation.
