1099 Adjustments

1099 season is coming and I wanted to perform this last year but was unable to due to time restraints.  I have over a 100 1099 adjustments to perform each year and it is not feasible to import one at a time.  Is there a way to import all at once into the file?  The platform we are running is JDEdwards World A93.1.  I do am an end user and not consider myself a novice but do not think I am advanced either.
