High paging fault rate reported in OEM database control

Hi, We are running Oracle Database Standard Edition 11.2.0.3 on Windows x64 Server 2008 R2 with 8 GB RAM.  Currently looking at memory to see if anything can be done to improve performance.  We are using automatic memory management.  Parameter memory_target is currently set to 4320M.  If I run the query against v$memory_target_advice, it does not indicate that any increase in memory_target will have any effect.  Do I need to run this at peak period or does it reflect usage from startup?  If I use OEM Database Control to look at paging, I see large numbers for Page Faults.  Last
