After enabling Audit Trail Engine, our Siebel application doesn't work anymore
Hi Oracle Community,
we are facing an issue related to the Audit Trail Engine. We tried to enable it in Siebel Tools following the steps in the link Siebel Audit Trail Introduction | Siebel Unleashed. After enabling it under our Application object Siebel Sales Enterprise and staring the Siebel services, the Siebel Application doesn't work anymore. We get the error: "The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again".
There was already a record configured in Siebel Tools for the Audit Trail Engine with the comment "'Crash Recovery' module that must be called at application startup in order to be effective.".
