error vacation rule must be in same hierarchy

Hi All,

sorry for asking a question

I got error vacation rule must be in same hierarchy

I already setup AME perfectly. The hierarchy is working. View approval history can be seen

But when one of the employee in that hierarchy is taking a leave and setup vacation rule

Spv -> Mgr -> GM

Mgr leave. so manager setup vacation rule to transfer his approval to GM. It failed with that error message "delegate must be in same hierarchy"

Which setup did I miss here?
