ECE CONNECTION HELP

I wanted to create a stand alone project in eclipse to display balance of a account(like how we do in ocecesdk/query). I want to implement this part as a standalone for my appilication. But i am unable to find the connection to ECE part from query I will be thankful if you guys helps me.
