Unable to delete BOM which is being referenced as Commom BOM

Hello,

We have a requirement to delete BOM. In case it is being referenced as a common BOM then unable to do so by API. Error encountered is - Other bills reference this bill as a common bill of material.

However, when I try to delete from application front end by selecting the option - All Organizations which is getting mapped to BOM_DELETE_GROUPS.DELETE_ORG_TYPE was able to delete both the Bill and the common bill which was referencing it.

The problem is I am unable to find a mapping parameter in API to pass the same.
