Question on Constraints

Dear Experts,

Could you please help me in clarifying below queries.

Ex:

1st Root Product= A, Child Product = B (Attribute K,L).

           0 Constraints in A.

           0 Constraints in B.

2nd Root Product = C ,Child Product =D(K,L).

          0 Constraints in C.

          100 Constraints in D.  (K values restrict L Value--> Written via the constraints)

Q1: A is customized , A customize time to load configurrtor = X sec

       C is customized, C customize time to load configurator = Y Sec.

Consider B,D are not default products of respective root products.

is there any different in load time of A,C ?    

Want to know, due to constraints in D (Which is purely based on D product and attributes of D) will there be impact in load time of C when D is not even selected ?
