Compatibility Display mode ?

Dear Experts,

We have Eligibility Display mode , where we can control the in eligible product display in econfigurator .

Similarly do we have Compatibility display mode  ? (We set Eligibility mode =1)

1) when A Excludes B compatible rule run , B is not showed in Red when A is selected in econfigurator ? is this the OOTB ?

2) is it possible to Hide B when A is selected in econfigurator. using Compatibility Rules ?

Eligibility Display mode =1/2  is only for Eligibility rules , but not for compatibility Rules ?
