Documentation for Affordable Care Act setup?

Does anyone know if Oracle has prepared and posted any detailed documentation regarding the implementation of the new Affordable Care Act changes relevant to the 1094-C & 1095-C reporting?  I've seached My Oracle Support and the only doumentation I can located in regarding the ACA Hours of Service reporting that was released earlier in the year.

I looked at the Doc ID 2038044.2 for any ToI videos, but nothing has been posted.
