Is there a license cost to disconnected Siebel Mobile Application

Hi,

I understand the Siebel OUI upgrade does not involve any additional licensing cost but there is definitely extra cost involve for deploying Siebel Mobile Application.

Correct me if I am wrong.

What I would like to know, is there any additional cost (after deploying Siebel Mobile Application) to configure disconnected mode in Mobile.
