HugePages in 12c and SWAP

I am in process of moving from 11.2.0.3 RAC RDBMS and clusterware to 12.1.0.2. We have completed the clusterware upgrade on non-production and production. I'm still running a 11.2.0.3 on production for the RDBMS and 12.1.0.2 on non-production. We use HugePages on prodcution and non-production. When I execute the command below to exam the unix processes using swap I see several background processes for my 12c instances in swap. I thought if I used HugePages nothing would go into swap for the sga. Why do I see background processes for the 12c databases using swap with HugePages but the 11.2
