Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle : Receiving Error

I am having trouble receiving in Oracle. I get this error again. I thought this error was when two people were trying to receive at the same time.

I had changed the profile parameter "Receiving Transaction Manager" value to 10 from 1 and even after changing it this problem resurfaced.
