Essbase error 1020021 Member out of Place

We are moving from Office 2010 to Office 2013 and to Smartview 11.1.2.5.400

when we open a excel file, connect to essbase using smartview, when we try to refresh

getting the Oracel SmarView for Office

Essbase Error (1020021): Member [XX] is out of place

It works using the old addins, but not with Smartview in Office 2010 or 2013

Please provide any information that may help us.
