Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Has anyone done weblogic server & domain upgrade from 10.3.6 to 12.2?

1. For 12.2 WLS, whats the recommendation a new install or a upgrade?

2. What are the steps for WLS 10.3.6 to 12.2 upgrade?
