How To Export Using Excel Format In Release 12 (Doc ID 1373505.1)

Hi,

I did change the profile option at the application level(Excel) and yet the output still coming in txt! The workaround to enable the Excel is to enable the profile at the user level as well!

Can you please let me know why the site profile (Txt) is overriding the application?
