Auto Reconcile not working - ARM

Hi,

We are on ARM version 11.1.2.3.700 and I am testing following 2 auto-reconciliation scenarios:

  • One of the profiles is set as "Balance is Zero" option. The format type is Account Analysis.
  • The second profile is set as "Balance is within range" option (Low Range is 0 and High Range is 10). The format type is Account Analysis.

I have loaded the data successfully via FDMEE. The balance for profile 1 is 0 and balance for profile 2 is 5. These profiles are successfully copied to an open period. The status of these recs is not changing to "Closed".

The status shows up as "Open with Preparer". I have also tried the "Auto-Reconcile" option by going to the period. After submitting this job, I received the success message "A request to auto-reconcile has been submitted successfully".
