Exclude certain email notifications

In OEM 12c (12.1.0.4) environment, i have setup a rule set to notify Admin group whenever any Weblgoic Domain or Application Deployment goes down for any reason. There are scripts to shutdown and restart Weblogic through crontab in one of the servers. I know the timing of shutdown and restart operations. Is there a way that i can filter these two email notifications as an exception? Please share your thoughts.
