Application toolbox in 11.1.2.4

Hello everyone,

I was looking for hfm application toolbox in a new Oracle EPM 11.1.2.4 deployment but can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it still available or has that been eliminated like copy app? Also, when is the new copy app utility due?
