ILOM could resend SNMP trap to ASR server

Hi all!

If a SPARC server configured to send SNMP traps to the ASR server has some hardware failure and for any reason its SNMP trap does not reach the ASR server, it will never be sent again, and the hardware failure could never be detected, unless someone access ILOM and look for error messages.

If this is right, I suggest that when a failure is detected, ILOM should create a hash (md5) for that failure, add to the SNMP message, and send to the ASR server periodically (maybe every hour).

So, every time the ASR server resends the message to transport.oracle.com, the hash would be checked to avoid opening duplicate SRs.

Howdy, Stranger!
