Actual Cost Process error

Hi all

I am using EBS R12.1.3.

I ran Actual Cost Process successful in sometime before I setup Application Accounting Definitions. After setup and validate AAD, I ran Actual Cost Process again, the system raised error immediately with log of Actual cost process request as bellow:
