Problem installing Developer Tools (CSDT Eclipse plugin) for Webcenter Sites 12c

Hi,

I am trying to install Developer Tools (CSDT Eclipse plugin) for Webcenter Sites 12c but can't get it working. Tried on Linux machine. Installation is successful but can't see the perspective for Webcenter sites. Tried on Mac but installation is unsuccessful. Any limitation or known issue with this plugin?
