R12 Reconcile eAM and Payroll to avoid dupliate entries in GL

I am new at eAM hence I was wondering that if the eAM charges and Payroll journal entries will be duplicate.

eAM Resource Person vs Payroll.

As per standard oracle practice both valuation as well as variance account has to be same in the WIP accounting class. When the work order is charged with resource or material the valuation accounts are charged. When the WO is closed then these valuation accounts are credited and the variance accounts are debited.

The accounting entries I am mentioning below:

1. Issue of material on WO:

Inventory valuation Acc. Cr

WIP material valuation Acc. Dr
