R12.1.3 Depot repair - Repair order item -"Generic"

Hi

We have the below business requirement,

A truck walks into repair center for periodic inspections(Truck is not sold to the customer by our company but some components within the truck are sold by us).

As a standard ,we perform  3 or 4 different standard checking operations and use certain materials issued to inspection operation.

We are into R12.1.3 and modelling into Oracle depot repair

Create a generic item called Generic fixed fee service with item attribute as non-stockable/non transactable item(if we make it stockable item,once we complete the WIP job,the on hand qty of this item gets increased,which we dont want to happen)
