No Search Results Displayed in HI

Hi,

Siebel (IP 14) has been integrated with OSES (11.2.2.2). The results are displayed in Open UI however, for the same search no results are displayed in HI. It only displays the number next "Found". What could be the issue? Any pointer to debug.
