Multilingual Support in Siebel Mobile IP2014

As per my understanding Siebel Mobile development is similar to regular siebel desktop application development and hence it should be supporting the multilingual feature.

Could you please confirm this understanding and also provide any reference to DOC ID related to additional configuration that may be needed for Multilingual support in Siebel Mobile in IP 2014.
