Hi community,

I need step by step how to create Certificate of Analysis on OPM Quality E-Business Suite R12

I already read (Doc ID 1904439.1) how to create a CoA, but i still failed

1. I create an item (lot controlled)

2. I added the stock using misc trx (lot 001)

3. I create specification for the item with Print Spec and Print Result selected on the specification line

4. I create specification val rule (Inventory tab) fill the Organization column and choose certificate type = CoA

5. Both spec header and spec val rule status is approved for general use

6. I create an item sample, fill the result and the item sample disposition is accept
