Need a Report for Budget Transfer between 2 Accounts for a given Period

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement, where I want to see report for those Budget Transfers which has happened during a given period where it shows all the Previous Funds available, Funds Transfer amount along with Current Funds available.

If there is no Standard report, how can I build a custom report, can you give me a reference which can be helpful for me to explain my technical consultant. can you please provide me reference which can be helpful for my technical consultant.

I have Issue with Budget Transfer form, where am unable to query the Transfers which I have done for various Accounts.
