ORA-01031: insufficient privileges: alter table sys.WRH$_FILESTATXS_BL ENABLE ROW MOVEMENT ;

dear all,

how to alter a table which belong to SYS user! I already gave the user "alter any table" privilege, but even so .. the user is not able to alter the tables in SYS schema .. but for others yes!

any ideas!
