is it possible to segregate the ATR by each subinventory under negative balance allowed inventory

For example, subinventory A have total available for item 001 is 10, and the ATR / ATT is also 10. now we do a misc issue for this item under another subinventory, let's say SubB, and item001 have zero stock in this subinventory, this transaction will drive SubB to total available = -100, atr= att = -100 as well) .Now subinventory A ATR and ATT for this item have changed to -90. Question, how can I keep ATR/ATT for this item in subinventory A still 10 rather impacted by the misc issue transaction in another subinventory under the same organization.
