Trouble connecting to Siebel server manager (Appliaction and Command-Line Interface)

Hi guys, Recently we've installed a Siebel server in our machines with ADSI authentication. Everything well except for the Server Manager (Application and Command-Line Interface). I've attached some screenshots and the Server Manager Log:
