Microsoft lync integration with siebel

Hi All,

we have customer who is looking for the lync integration with Siebel.

1.provide a applet button in siebel.

2.user clicks on the button.

3.depends on the record data(lets say email id) a lync window should launch and a call must be placed.

let me know if anybody worked on these or any suggestions are welcome.

also if any Open UI implementation would be great help.
