Contact Center form, in invoices tab does not display Debit Memos in 12.1.3.

Contact Center form, in invoices tab does not display Debit Memos in 12.1.3. Is it a intended functionality or a issue we are facing on our instance? Doesnt seem very logical as to why would Debit memos be not displayed here for the Customer Care person to see.
