Anyone on 9.3.4 had AGILE_OPSS expire and lock on them? What was your resolution?

Anyone on 9.3.4 had AGILE_OPSS expire and lock on them? What was your resolution? AgilePLM doesn't seem to start after changing the passwords. Support is slow to respond.
