Peru Payment solution

Hi All,

As per government regulations in Peru suppliers here are having two bank accounts (Commercial and Non Commercial). Commercial bank a/c is used for expense payments and non-commercial bank a/c is for detraction (discount type of tax).

Issue: we are having payable and need to figure out how we can make split payments automatically where some % of payment will go to commercial and remaining part of payments will go to non-commercial bank account, also that non-commercial payment we can only make in domestic currency (PEN).
