ACA Patch - ACA Reporting SIT

Hello,

We have applied the patch # 21611812 and as a part of the same, we are required to enter the following information in the new created SIT  "ACA Reporting".

On the same, we have the following fields,

Assessment Period End Date:

Stability Period End date:

Eligibility for Section 4980H:

Safe Harbor Override:

According to our business, we don’t have to fill any details for Eligibility for Section 4980H & Safe Harbor Override.

But what should be details for the

Assessment Period End Date:

Stability Period End date:

For the employees who got hired after 01-Jan-2015 and who resigned before 12-Devc-2015.?

Please advise.
