OPP error - No file name / path given - java.io.IOException: A file or directory in the path name do

We are getting the below error in the OPP of our application instance.

Instance Details:

Oracle Applications E-Business Suite 12.1.3

oracle Database 10.2.0.4

two apps node [ NO shared APPL_TOP] loaded on a Two Node RAC Cluster

OPP is running. We have bounced the instance and ran cmclean also. still all the requests are failing.

All the managers are working fine. OPP is starting fine.

Value of Concurrent: OPP Response Timeout has been set to 600.

XML Publisher Administrator Responsibility --> Administration --> Properties --> General --> Temporary Directory has been set to /usr/tmp [ This folder is available in all the four nodes with 777 rights and there is enough space in the mount point]
