Can we customize OAF (SIT) Page

Dears,

Good day,

I have a requirement like if I select country in LOV of SSHR SIT page then 2 more columns should be disable/will not user able to select

  1) perDiem

  2) Accommodation.

My question is , it possible to customize any SSHR SIT page /EIT page by OAF Customization (Co, VO,AM Extensions)

If it possible to please share information.Attached screen shot for my requirement.
