Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to determine the optimal setting for FORMS_RECORD_GROUP_MAX

Hi Experts

Note#745711.1 Forms Process (FRMWEB) Consumes 100% of CPU in Oracle Applications R12

It mentioned that to avoid the issue (forms process (frmweb) almost consumes 100% of the CPU)

we need to set FORMS_RECORD_GROUP_MAX to 10000 or if that proves too restrictive, increase it to 20000 or 30000.

How can we determine the optimal setting of FORMS_RECORD_GROUP_MAX for my environment?
